- Promotion: Make sure people know how to get involved.
- Accessibility: Remove barriers so everyone can take part.

NC & AA update
Importance of linking health awareness days with PPG activity. Using health awareness events as a platform to promote PPGs can help increase patient engagement, sign-ups, and interest—particularly among
those who may not usually attend PPG meetings.
Terms of Reference (ToR) It is advisable to keep the ToR simple and ideally limited to one side of A4. Key sections to include:
- Objectives
- Membership
- Meetings
- Record of Meetings
Action: SMA will invite key PPG members from the other two practices in our PCN; Manor Practice and Leyton Healthcare to the next PPG meeting to share learning, exchange ideas, and support the development of their PPGs.
